Frankenstein Halloween S'more

A fun and eerie twist on the traditional s'mores recipe are these Frankenstein Halloween S'mores. These treats, which come in a set of green 'Frankenstein' marshmallows with imaginative icing decorations that resemble tiny monsters, are ideal for Halloween parties or campfire evenings. These festive s'mores are a treat for both kids and adults to make and consume.

Ingredients:

• 4 marshmallows
• 4 graham crackers
• 2 chocolate bars broken into 4 pieces
• Green food coloring
• Black icing gel
• Red icing gel

Instructions:

To roast marshmallows, prepare a campfire or preheat the broiler in your oven

Put a skewer into each marshmallow very carefully

To create a 'Frankenstein' green color, dip the marshmallows partially into a small bowl of water that has been colored with a few drops of green food coloring

Give them a little time to dry

Line a baking sheet with the graham crackers and top half of them with a square of chocolate

Roast the marshmallows on the skewers over the campfire or under the broiler until the insides are incredibly gooey and golden brown

Gently remove the marshmallows from the skewers and place them on top of the chocolate-covered graham crackers while they are still hot

Squish the marshmallow and create a "Frankenstein" effect by pressing down a little

For the marshmallows, use the black icing gel to create 'Frankenstein's mouth, hair, and scars

If you want to add bloodshot eyes or "Frankenstein" scars, use the red icing gel

To finish the s'mores, place another graham cracker on top of each 'Frankenstein' marshmallow

Serve right away, then savor your creepy Halloween treat!
