Bagel & Egg Breakfast Casserole



A hearty breakfast casserole featuring bagels, eggs, cheese, and sausage, cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.

Ingredients:

  • 4 bagels, cubed
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

Cooking spray should be used on the slow cooker

The bottom of the slow cooker should have cubes of bagels

Add eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to a bowl and mix them together using a whisk

The egg mix should be poured over the bagels in the slow cooker

Add cooked breakfast sausage and cheese shreds on top

Turn the heat down to low, cover, and cook for four to five hours, or until the eggs are set

Enjoy while hot!
