Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked lamb sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup roasted eggplant slices
- 1/2 cup sliced potatoes
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 475F 245C
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness
Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce
Evenly distribute the crumbled lamb sausage, roasted eggplant slices, sliced potatoes, red onion, and minced garlic over the cheese
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top
Season with smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper
Drizzle a little olive oil over the pizza for added flavor
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve hot
